You put hot sauce on plain chips. Or go full mexican and put lime juice, salt, and hot sauce, maybe some ketchup too. Or be an adult and eat them plain. Not everything needs cheese on it before you can eat it.

I'm not white and I think plain, salted potato chips taste great and have their own simple but nice uniqueness. Non-ironically probably my #2 chip choice after Salt & Vinegar.
