Cooked some baby back ribs, got a good deal on them from a food distributor (50 pounds of it for 40 bucks) so I've been trying lots of stuff. Pan fried these 2 racks in duck fat after letting them sit with a dry rub on, then cooked them in the oven for a while uncovered.
