It‘s technically viable. AFAIK Eskimos, Samis, Chukchas and other extreme north people have very high percentage of meat in their diets. But I don‘t see why you would do it specifically. It doesn‘t bring any benefits and increases the risk of avitaminosis.

Peterson has severe depression and it helps immensely. Also according to him it reduces his appetite, makes his skin more vibrant and increased his muscle mass. I think he lost 40-50 pounds. You lack certain vitamins eating all beef but you can probably get that by eating organ meat as well, or at least mulitvitamins.

It'd be interesting seeing long-term effects, something like 10 years down the road. I wouldn't mind trying it for a few months. I'd use herbs and shit though.
