>Los Angeles

Its a mix of amazing authentic food from asia, the middle east, Latin America, and Europe and posh hipster instagram restaurants that are horrifically overated.

Also,

90% of steakhouses are horseshit
Very few options for southern or northeastern/newengland food
Everything casual is becoming a fusion of retarded cuisine cultures (japanese and mexican? they are practically the same lol)

Also, with the exception of higher end japanese joints, the seafood in LA is quite unremarkable and disappointing.

There are actually quite a few very good places but a lot of the shitty ones stay in business and have mislead me. Seriously, certain parts of the california desert are so strange. Everyones so fucking lazy and complacent and probably stoned out of their mind. The drifters legit terrify me they have taken on a sort of zombie appearance. I wouldnt want to tussle with one but i wouldnt hesitate to put one out of their misery. California in general has a very tense air at times, no wonder the riots took place here.

Wrong. Kansas City doesn't use dry rubs, they use BBQ sauce. Memphis, TN, is most famous for dry rubs. You need to bone up on American BBQ before spouting off.
