Here’s some baked rolls from this morning. Garlic butter and bacon wrapped in basic bread dough, was good but I would go for more rolls by cutting the dough in 8 pieces.

Post things you cooked/baked recently.

Looks pretty bloody good, anon. Nailed that crisp exterior to fluffy interior.

I roasted some pumpkin and just threw it on some homemade tortillas and sauce. I call it "pile of shit on some homemade tortillas".

looks quite good
I suggest you toss your steamed brocolli in lemon juice & salt & pepper & olive oil or something to that effect.
also those aren't frozen carrots are they?
& show the inside of meat when you take a pic

on the whole, looks good, would eat.

Ok for the dough
2 cups flour ++
2/3 cups whole milk
1/2 pack, 2 tsp of active dry yeast
5 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil, melted butter is fine
Mix the flour and dry ingredients in a bowl, then using a spoon stir until it’s too stiff for a spoon to be useful. Dump on floured surface and knead. This might need more flour. Knead about 10 minutes by hand

Nah, carrots are fresh and hand-chopped. Good tip with the lemon juice, I just did a little butter, salt, and pepper. Thanks man, I’ll remember to do that next time.

Decided to cook for myself more often, as I never have.
Here's my first attempt at classic deviled eggs.
They look a little rough, but they tasted great.
