Taco Bell should be at the top. It has no direct competitors, is open late, is constantly innovating creative but heinous food creations, and does not take itself too seriously.

Five Guys is great but not widely available yet so, by the definition of fast food, it should not be S tier.

McDonalds is a mixup. If you're from the US and currently in the US, it's D tier tops. If you're from the US but traveling abroad, It's solid B tier.

KFC fails to innovate and none of their food items make the trip home. Should be F tier, especially among other fried chicken fast food places.

There is literally nothing wrong with Burger King and everyone needs to stop meaming on them.

I live in Maryland. Fast food service here is exactly the same everywhere I go. All the restaurants are clean, and I rarely have to wait long. Staff is always friendly as well. Only shit place is Hardees. Fuck them, every hardee's smells like an ocean city bathroom on the inside.

Papa johns and dominos are literally the same thing just different marketing and colors. I've worked at both and they share almost the same everything, from the POS system to packaging of the food and how the pizzas are made.

Lil Caesars should be switched with Pizza hut. BK switched with Mcdicks. In n out switched with Five guys. rest seems plausible. DQ is hit or miss, depends how busy the location is really.

It's not a "good restaurant" power ranking, it's a "fast food" power ranking. Taco Bell is the only one of these options that fits squarely between every single platonic ideal of what you want from a fast food joint. It's got plenty of locations, is open at any reasonable hour and day, it's fast, the food is acceptable and varied, it's fairly priced, and there are no other fast food options that offer what it does. Literally perfect S ranking.
