The onions on this ruin it, in my eyes anyway. Any time I've ever been asked to do nonsense like this for weddings or parties, I make it very easy to see how to reassemble the dish quickly. The onion (and less of it) should either be under the glass or under the feta. The lemon, if anything at all, should be atop the bottom of the glass - have it in hand as you remove the glass, allowing the salad to tumble out onto the plate, possibly even using the glass to squeeze the lemon out as the glass is lifted.
