It's fit for what I do. Low body fat and extremely toned muscle is preferred for bouldering. It's a reason around 40% of rock climbers/boulderers are vegan.

why do vegetarians want to recreate the flavor of meat in a "burger" so badly if they no longer eat meat? do they secretly miss and crave meat?

I think a lot of meat alternatives are really tasty, I just wish they were more readily available. Like sometimes I want to pick up some meat-free meatballs but they're just not something you can find often.
