I work overnights in a hospital with a bunch of flip nurses.
When morning comes, a bunch of them will pile in a van and drive about 70 miles to the nearest Jollibee, eat all the breakfast they can, buy some chicken and sides to heat up later, and drive another 70 miles home.
They do this once or twice a month

I live in the Philippines and i've eaten there a lot when i worked at a university because that was the nearest I could eat at that had cheap pineapple juice. I personally prefer mcdildo's, which is priced the same, but the nearest one was at the other end of the campus from the labs I worked at and I'm not gonna waste my lunch time going there.
Pasta is gross. Noodles are soggy and the sauce does not taste like tomato. The sauce is kind of transparent when you spread it on your palm so it seems like it's just artificial flavoring + color + thickener. Lacks acidity.
Their burger patties don't taste like beef. Beef patties are supposed to have some bite to it and jollibee beef patties have a texture more like meatloaf. Definitely has extenders.
sundaes are too watery, you'll feel the ice crystals on your mouth. That means it should melt slower, right? No lol. It's halfway melted when you've finished your shitty burger so they've probably even skimped on carageenan to stabilize the whole thing.
their chicken meat is juicy but it's not as flavorful as kfc's or even have a satisfying crunchy breading like popeye's. Such a shame because it's meant to be eaten with bland rice. Really puzzling because their sister company is a chain selling really flavorful roast chicken.
What I like best are their turnovers. has peach-mango or smores(chocolate/marshmallow) filling. I usually buy 7-11 vanilla soft serve and eat it with the turnovers.
Service is fast and pleasant though and the place usually isn't disgusting.
