Onion rinks are always the first choice.

Onion straws are super easy to make.

I have a deep fat fryer and a Japanese slicer and I use drakes seasoning.

I just slice up the onions and dredge them in the flour and then fry them and put them on my steak.

They are also good on green beans.

the first place I worked that had them. we used a deli slicer to cut the onions and milk dredge before flour
the second place used butter milk instead
I still remember the first burger I had with a big pile of them in it. nothing compares
it's nice to see some places using some type of onion tanglers on their sandwiches these days

onion straws are awful

onion rings should be nice and thick

My first choice for a side is usually a toss up between sweet potato fries and poutine. Onion rings are great tho.
