You eat Sauerkraut with Nürnberger sausages, or blood and liver sausages, or maybe Debrecziner sausages with some boiled potatoes as a side, but not with those hotdog things. Try some Bavarian style potato salad instead, with nothing but onions, oil and vinegar, seasoned with salt and pepper, and maybe some chives.
