Confirm whether the place was run by ACTUAL INDIANS or not. I'm a food journalist and regularly travel to and fro from India to other countries. These Bangladeshis and Sri Lankans have absolutely fucked the reputation of Indian Cuisine. If you ever have a chance to visit India go to a restaurant called Bukhara(in ITC Maurya) in New Delhi. If you can afford full meal there, it would be the absolute best of your miserable lives.

i will go out of my way to get it again. depending on where you are in the state, the drive would probably we worth it. and im telling you i am a psychopath about pizza. freshest dough, salty milky cheese. actual delicious big tomatoes, and they had to balls to actually make it well-done on order, which is rare because a lot of places won't do it out of fear of the customer griping that it's been burned. i don't know if it's better than sally's, but it's insanely good

You need to be selective about where you eat at the airport. Those stalls with pre-made sandwiches, salads, and snacks may be expensive for just a sandwich, but I've never had a problem there. You need to ask restaurants if they have an actual kitchen, because a lot of them only sell the exact same pre-made stuff as the stalls.
