I love me some cod liver but it leaves my kitchen and pans smelling of fish oil for like a week afterwards.

I prepare it by browning it on a pan and adding finely chopped onions, garlic and salt and pepper and mixing it into a paste almost. Served on toast.

I've never had the cod liver, I'd imagine it makes your brain work better. So much omega 3.

I like the brislings in oil, thanks to this thread I just ate a can of them with some hot sauce and fresh lime.
