I spent my evening making some slow cooked ribs, along with a creamy mash, coleslaw with homemade mayo, and some homemade chilli sauce. Shit is fucking hot.

10/10 that looks amazing
great crust on the ribs, meat looks tender, homemade chilli sauce is the best and goes well with mash which looks v good
i personally would have done just oil & vinegar and some julienne pear for the slaw, not mayo, seeing as the rest is quite rich, but meh.
i'd love to eat that.

had pasta tonight but here's the last thing i took a pic of
bbq char siu pulled pork
ginger bok choy
sesame spinach
pickled radish

thx
give it a try, it's really good
it's basically maangachi's technique, but i use rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, little salt & toasted sesame seeds for the dressing

https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/sigumchi-namul

i also often use watercress instead of the spinach if i can get good fresh stuff, and just blanche a bit longer
it keeps well too.

Fried chicken and mashed potatoes. I put a bunch of diced jalapenos in the mashed potatoes to give them a little kick. It's good for a Monday morning breakfast.

i gave constructive criticism though anon, those dishes should have more browning and two rich baked dishes is not a balanced meal, it's too heavy and i said it probably tastes good, i'm not just being mean

going around giving every post >you's is hardly being a dick either.

That doesn't come across as very contructive and don't pissy like a faggot because you've been called out on your own bullshit.
