I hate eating. I hate cooking.

Help a bother out and recommend me a meal that I can eat forever that will get me all of the nutrients I need. It doesn't have to be super tasty, it just has to be really easy to prepare, store well in the fridge, and preferably have as few ingredients as possible.

If it's free of meat that's even better because I hate the process of cooking meat.

And before you say soylent I have tried it but I think I am missing something that only leafy greens can provide.

Make smoothies out of any combination of frozen or fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, milk, kale/spinach/other greens, carrots/beets/turnips, flax seed/hemp seed/sesame seed, and protein powder. Take vitamin supplements too and you should be good. Consider adding herbs like mint, lemon balm, or basil for added flavor. Ginger root can be a nice addition too.

I use jimmyjoy myself. Their plenny shakes are better tasting than soylent in my opinion, and calorie per calorie, they are cheaper. They're also less oily and more carbohydrate/protein.

Only tradeoff is they're not perfectly smooth in texture and will taste slightly gritty when you drink it. Personally I like the grittiness of the smoothie, but texture-autists will often be put off.

Have your roomies bukkake a waldorf salad three times a day. Should offer all the protein, calories and vitamins you need to survive if you use decent greens aren't too modest with the dressing/spunk.
Alternatively you could eat oranges and baked potatoes.

You're gonna want a salad. What all you put on it is up to you. Find a dressing that's good for you that you actually like. You'll eat a lot and still save a lot of money. Cheeses and leafy greens will give you protein but you'll probably want to get some grilled chicken strips or sunflower seeds or something.

Raw muscle meat from the store works great until you can either find a local butcher with grassfed organ meats or raise the animals yourself. Raw obviously.
