I miss chowing down on an MRE. I know you can still order them through Amazon and other services, but they are so damn expensive. I've been wanting to try one from Japan, mostly because of a video done by Steve1989MREInfo. Go and check out his vids if you'd like.

so, OP, I tried to get some MREs from steve’s rec list, but it’s all recently made from one of 3-4 companies in the US; haven’t been able to find anything from other countries at all, and def no actual combat rations
