Well, whats your favourite way to prepare egg, how do you do this? Why do you eat it and is it a god-tier way to prepare egg? What eggs do you use?

Scrambled egg with sourcream and chives on top of toasted sourdough bread, spread with lots of butter, seasoned with a shake of salt and pepper and served with roasted tomato quarters

Op your egg looks overcooked to me, try cook more slowly and add sourcream when almost done to make it soft like pic related, very healthy very yummy

Op's eggs are fine. Not everybody likes they're eggs to have the same consistency as regurgitated diarrhea.

My favourite way to prepare egg is to make batter out of them.
That joke aside, I like simple fried eggs the most. Not actually a big fan of scrambled because I prefer the taste and texture of white and yolk to be divided rather than mixed.

That's only good if you want to eat it on crispy toast, and even then it gets a little boring since you barely have to chew them. I prefer regular scrambled eggs just cooked long enough to mostly be solid but still slightly soft.

Love me some sunny side up with bacon, on any bread I can find in the fridge.
I've been warming up to poached egg too, I feel I'd need to put more effort into the non-egg parts of the meal to do em proper justice though.

Scrambled egg with a dollop of cream cheese, mixed with baked salmon and a few capers. Just a touch of red onion.

Best breakfast.

I eat a lot of eggs since I raise chickens and I have to go with the French omelet. It's the most satisfying way to prepare eggs and tastes the best. I'm not good at it, I still burn my shit half the time, but I feel like I appreciate my eggs the most when I make the French omelet. The frogs were onto something.

Scrambled egg is just a ruined egg trying to be edible but failing.
