I buy pistachios about twice a year for this reason. It's like rape. First few seconds you're like an animal. Then it turns into work. Then you're like "well I'm committed now, might as well have my fill otherwise it's a waste". By the time you're done you're mildly disgusted and you look at the refuse and just want someone else to get rid of it. But you did this. It's yours to dispose of.

Love pistachios, hate the cleanup. Probably my favorite nut but you find shells everywhere if there's a spill.
