It's relevant to skim, 1% and 2% milk being added to vodka or other high abv liquor. It curdles. If you're a yurop and drink ridiculously high fat content milk, you won't get the same effect, same if you're buying whole milk in the states.

But as a bartender I can assure you any reputable place makes its white russians with half and half. Not milk.
