>1/2 a medium yellow onion, diced and cooked until transparent in olive oil
>1/4 cup shredded asiago cheese

>1/4 cup parsley flakes
>dash salt and pepper
>dash montreal steak seasoning
Fried in the same pan the onions where cooked in, grease then drained, and sauce added for the meatballs to simmer in for 30 minutes.
