Nah, the Canadian McChicken is a ground meat patty. I suspect the main differences between the Canadian McChicken and its American counterpart/Junior Chicken is the size, seasoning (no spice), sesame bun, "McChicken Sauce" and price. I personally prefer it but for the marginal difference in size isn't really worth the price.
