oh you did the wrap around style like in tampopo. That one was a little challenging before I got a feel for how hard you're suppose to tap on the end of the handle. All the ones I've had at restaurants though are like the balloon style ones. Where you just sort of make fried rice then put an omelette with a liquid center over it and split it. That ones a little harder for me because it's so time sensitive but the prep is a lot less tricky.

Looks good to me anon. Not sure if you avoided folding the omelette completely over the rice on purpose but the open presentation + greens for garnish leaves a nice impression of a western take on a Japanese dish (which is a weird western fusion recipe anyway.)
