Trying Mama Fu's for the first time. Got the drunken noodles and it tastes... strange.

Thoughts on the place?

I really like pad thai. The drunken noodles look like they are similar but with some different ingredients so I kinda thought it might taste similar. Its very different and I am not a huge fan of it. Not sure if it is just bad drunken noodles.

why's it so hard to find Thai places that use holy basil in drunken noodles like they're supposed to

i usually just buy the basil/noodles and make it myself

I've never been to PF Changs. Is that any good? I'm tired of "normal" chinese food, and I heard it's like a fusion thing, and I'm guessing I would like that for being something different. Is it actually like that?

PF Changs is a nice chain restaurant. Don't listen to spergy foodies that go "but its americanized chinese food!!!!!!!!!!!" Yes it is, and its fucking good.
