Agaricus bisporus is awful. Pretty much anything else is good. I can only get fresh shiitake and oyster/king oyster here though.

oh forgot but i actually bought fresh chanterelle at a farmers market before but it was expensive as shit. there's also some cave oyster shrooms that are occasionally at the market and those are expensive too. very tender and good flavor though.
