i don't like them. i like there to be a little bit of tart instead of pure sugar. also i like apples slightly less juicy so the bigger cells (which often cause quality problems anyway) just aren't for me. ill take a quality gala over honeycrisp any day

There are so many different kinds of apples I really doubt anyone here has tried them all. I certainly would not believe a meme apple like Honeycrisp is the best.

I've heard from some apple dudes that Red Rome apples are widely considered the best. Never tried one, however.

No doubt that they're great, but they bruise so easily and are stupidly expensive for a piece of fruit. Had to turn towards pink lady and jazz apples for similar levels of taste and crunch
