Most food WAS alive at some point before we killed, cooked and ate it.

All our food was alive. Except for the minerals like salt. We eat life.

faggots. op is obviously asking if food came to life when we aren’t looking like in toy story, would you still eat it?

i say yes because nothing would be different other than me knowing, and it wouldn’t really bother me.

So like zombie undead flesh that won't die? I was thinking more that than anthropomorphic cartoon food. The idea seems like it came from someone who is so far removed from where his food comes from. It's cute though. Yes, I'd still eat it. Kind of a pain in the ass to have to kill food twice to eat it though. Like sad or horriffic. What if the zombie food comes back to life a third time after you chew it up and wiggles around inside you?

Wasn't there a scene in Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy where the animals could talk and wanted you to eat them?

Depends on if I thought the food was intelligent. If I thought there might be a quiet conspiracy to retaliate against the guy thats murdering sentient creatures by eating them, I would probably try to just drink soylent and dietary supplements.

Also I would be equipping my house with hungry dogs and security cameras.

I'd partake in ethical consumption of course: i'd converse with and seek out pieces of food with hard vore fetishes. That's the only right way to do it.

Animals died to make my food, so this is just a less removed animal to me. So yes, and I would enjoy their blank dead eyes as I ate their flesh.

I would eat half of all of my food just to turn around and feel it wallowing in agony.

we aren't looking at our food when we chew it, so it's probably reasonable to assume that the food would be screaming and trying to escape while i swallowed it which means i might choke

although if i don't eat food i'll die anyway so i guess sure
