Yeah but it's pointless. It's cheap mozzarella and cheap breading, the delicious part comes from frying it. As long as you're dumping them in a deep fryer it doesn't make a noticeable difference if you use homemade or frozen. The mozzarella sticks most people eat as appetizers at restaurants are pre-frozen. The only place I can think of that had them different was years ago at Johnny Carinos (Then it was a mid-tier Italian chain, now they sell burgers and shit), but they weren't that special other than being a little bigger and more seasoned.
