Got this pizza at QT. Thought the edition of pickles was fine but the Mac and cheese sauce makes it taste like road kill.

Some of the things they do to pizza in the US, particularly the Midwest are so awful you almost want to try them out of disbelief. That happened to me at a truckstop while driving through Indiana. Something called loaded breakfast pizza was available. It was a pizza crust topped with sausage gravy, cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon. In Wisconsin I had pic related, which was a ranch base with tater tots, bacon and nacho cheese. Very strange things happen to pizza in the middle of the country.

I didn't say I disliked it. It tasted OK. I'm just baffled by the kind of mind that comes up with the idea of breakfast pizza and then goes on to make it 600+ calories a slice. That's pretty fucking obscene.
