In the UK it isn't even black people it just depends on where you are. Whenn I have kids they're going to be successful simply cause I can shit money for private schools (let BTC) or help them get info best grammar schools, know how to be successful so can actually give decent advice, will keep sending them to resit a levels until they get into a great uni and then they're pretty much sorted. Shakils parents won't give a fuck what school he goes to, his education in general and whether he goes to university. Inevitably gets stuck in some shitty dead end job, cycle repeats.

It's actually white kids (boys in particular) who have the worst educational attainment once you control for background. /pol/tards don't like being told this but the same studies have found that their talking point of white kids being ignored is partly true. A lot of the reasons behind the attainment gap is increasing funding for urban areas relative to rural/coastal areas (favouring ethnic minorities) and also targeted funds to help ethnic minority pupils.
