>fried tofu slices
>sliced roast beef (if available)

I let the beef and tofu seep in the ramen broth for a while, and usually poach the eggs separately before adding. Spring onions I add last so they don't go soggy. A touch of ginger and garlic paste sometimes too.

I microwave in chicken bone broth instead of water, add dried shrimps, green onions and sambal olek

How does this compare to the Nongshim Kimchi bowls? I've been eating the Nongshim ones for years.
I really liked the Tonkatsu flavor of your pic, but the spicy miso was very underwhelming.
