A nice remedy that I learned that really helps ward off cold symptoms is a classic Darjeeling tea.

Simply take some boiling water, add tea leaves/powder till the liquid is light brown, add miced ginger, honey, and lemon and boil for 5 minutes. Filter it out and drink it. Immediate relief, lasts at least 2-3 hours.

I'm not giving measurements since I dont got any. It's all up to taste and you can make it however sweet/sour/gingery you want hehe xD

P.S:- works best with Darjeeling tea leaves but we aint got that type of money bois
