I am making a nice lasagna and will eat it for dinner over the next six days.

i've calculated it to be 5,500 calories roughly. so if i split this for six meals, that means about 915 cal per meal.

Looks sloppy as hell too. And I don't mean that in a bad way, just more of a liquid sauce than I put in my lasagna. Post end results.

Also eat that shit with some garlic bread.

Are you going to freeze the remains?

One or two days- OK. But after SIX days of it just standing around I would begin to question that last piece's edibility...

I'm OP. you are exactly right. i had a craving and i lasagna is just one of those tings that tastes best when you make it yourself. so i'll just divide this tray into 6 portions or so and eat it during the week. maybe i'll freeze half of it and eat a few weeks from now,,,or whatever.

Too much mozzarella and apparently you were blindfolded when you cut it with a spoon and randomly threw it in there. Sauce is watery and looks readymade, no spices whatsoever. It's a shitty ingredient but if you put shredded cheese so that it grills you have to put it on top.
No effort.

it's not too much mozzerala because the inner layers don't have much cheese.

there are spices. i'm not sure why you think you'd be able to see them anyway

and that mozzeralla on top is hand made from a local italian deli, so the ingredients aren't shit

WHat is the point of making a lasagna then?!

If you go out your way making the thing and you don't want meat make a full veggie lasagne, but that thing looks like a planned normal lasagna with just the meat taken out. A classic lasagna needs the meat, it's not just there for looks.
