I have faint memories of screenshots from a weird Arthur furry fetish forum or something where they write those long and detailed posts about Chef John torturing and cooking various cartoon animals. Or maybe that was just a dream.

Ive learned more about real cooking from Chef John than anyone else. Love that the focus is always on the food, and not "look at me!" I've learned a lot about technique even from the recipes I will never make.
