I tried it in the Minneapolis airport on a connecting flight and it was as 5/10 as something could get. I got the works (pretty sure it was the sandwich, the fries and some other sides) and honestly Popeyes is better. Maybe it wasn't as good as other people say cause it was airport food but my experience wasn't really anything memorable.

The food is good but what really sets it apart from other fast food is the quality control. I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that wasn't spotless, the food consistent, the staff friendly, groomed and well-mannered. They really go the extra mile. It's just nice to be able to pick up food on the go and see that the people preparing your food aren't low-lifes.

I've tried chick fil a a couple times now and both have been dissapointments. The sandwiches are alright but the fries suck. Small portion. The chicken nuggets are cold and unsatisfying and every dip I tried was mediocre. It's the same gross soybean oil base for each one. I think there might have been a sriracha or something that was ok?

I'd rather drive out of my way to go to the nearby KFC. It's a way better deal.

So I think my answer is the least biased answer here. I tried them once, with my uncle, and got a spicy chicken deluxe, and fries. When I'm telling you our food had no flavor, I'm talking about no fucking flavor. I had just assumed that was what appealed to midwest flyovers. I was 100% convinced for a long time that all the love for them was faggot memelord "haha it makes people I like upset so it's good" bs. I gave them another shot in a different location, and wow. Far and away the best sandwich in the game. Employees are well trained, courteous, and cute. Alot of cute young girls, no flabby 50 year old Mexican women who can hardly speak English. The fries aren't that great, they should offer the tater tots all day instead of just breakfast. Honestly I think the first time I went it was just a bad location, they have way worse reviews than the other one. I'm assuming they mix the seasoning with the spices at the restaurant? Because the first time it was like they forgot to add the seasonings, and sometimes it's like they add too much. But anyways, definitely one of the better fast food places.

Don't get me wrong, I like their nuggets, but every single time I get them, be it 6 ct, 8 ct, whatever, there's always one that's undercooked, and I always get food poisoning from it.
