This is just menthol which is something you can find in mixed drinks so it's not much of a medicine, really. Just be careful with the zinc ones.

Be extremely careful with these anon, I used to eat 1-2 bags every day and then one day I put one in my mouth and immediately got a crushing organ pain and fell on the floor. I haven't eaten one since.
