My neighbor trims his pork shoulders. Will this hard pork fat make a good sausage? Everything I read says to use fat back or belly and hard fat doesn't work as well.

it might become a bit chewier than desired, but when mixed with meat, surely it will still prevent the surrounding meat from becoming too dry, so it's worth trying I guess.

i wouldn't risk it, anon.

That looks like skin, which wouldn't be great to use for sausage other than something like the thai fermented sausage Nham where it's absolutely required.

I assure you it's not skin. In America it's rare to find pork with skin.

Maybe rare compared to 3rd world countries, but it's not something you wont see in any grocery store. But yeah, that's clearly just fat.

Little did they know their literally long, rivalry that awaited them. Beware the day tacgnol returns.

There's a correlation between weed and your house or apartment having drinking glasses filled with mold, days old delivery food everywhere, floors that haven't been cleaned in at least a month, stained everything, and desks and possibly floors piled high with stuff you refuse to put away or throw away because you don't care to take care of things beyond showering before work so you can go home and get high or curl up and watch TV, or play games for 10 minutes before you forget how.

I'm a drunk and that actually describes me pretty well (until I get a burst of energy randomly a couple times a month and clean everything). All the weedfags I've ever known are super organized and like to go out and be social and do exercise and shit.

Two lbs of breakfast sausage made. What should I do with the other 2.5 lbs of pork trim? Hotlinks? Brats? English bangers?

Thanks. I have a metal Hobart grinder that fits on my KitchenAid. I used that for grinding and then used the kidney plate and tube for stuffing.
