I buy meat in bulk and sorta weigh it out. i.e. buy 5 chicken breasts that weigh 1kg, bag it up at about 200g's each I don't weigh those bags though only trim from the larger breasts if one is obviously small.

I usually weigh carbs like rice and pasta makes it a lot easier to control portion sizes and things but I don't weigh any veg or spices and shit like that just sorta eyeball it.
