I can compensate for the lack of meat with other sources of those nutrients, and egg would be extremely helpful there. While I can probably manage without eggs, they're too useful to just give up. Gonna have to go (hypothetically) meatless.

It would hurt, but I’d have to go eggless. I don’t really like baked goods or pastries, my only use for eggs is just for breakfast. I think I would definitely miss a nice steak, or some fried chicken, or a grilled pork chop, or some pot roast, or any of the great dishes you can make with meat far more than a glorious egg breakfast. I love eggs, but this isn’t a hard choice at all.
