You need hard work to gain the skills, insights and experience you need to succeed. To follow through on all this hard work you need a great deal of discipline and determination. To ensure your hard work pays off and gains direction you need vision and creativity. To not mess up the basics at every corner and be efficient in your planning and business execution you need smarts. Anything other than that would be random chance pretty much.
