On a serious note, if it's the seeds and surrounding gel that turns you off, you can try growing varieties with smaller locules (those are the spaces where the seeds/gel are). Pic related.

The tomato texture thing is actually genetic. There are a few food related things like that. Like cilantro tasting like fragrant soap and shit like that. I have a texture thing about onions so I used onion powder.

OP, if all you ever get is factory farmed tomatoes, I’m not surprised you don’t like them.
Maybe if you grew your own, especially in a non-commercial variety, and sun ripened them instead of the forced ripening commercial varieties get, you might change your mind.
