the solution was to eat a serving size, not 12 serving sizes; the FDA really did the damage when they forced a warning label about “anal leakage” which they later withdrew

>> No.11844925

Starting in 1996, an FDA-mandated health warning label read "This Product Contains Olestra. Olestra may cause abdominal cramping and loose stools (anal leakage). Olestra inhibits the absorption of some vitamins and other nutrients. Vitamins A, D, E, and K have been added".[12]

These symptoms, normally occurring only by excessive consumption in a short period of time, are known as steatorrhea, and caused by an excess of fat in stool.

The FDA removed the warning requirement in 2003, as it had "conducted a scientific review of several post-market studies submitted by P&G, as well as adverse event reports submitted by P&G and the Center for Science in the Public Interest. The FDA concluded the label statement was no longer warranted".[13] The FDA also agreed with P&G that the "label statement could be misleading and cause consumers of olestra to attribute serious problems to olestra when this [was] unlikely to be the case".[9]

Celery has negative calories if you chew it like cud forever.

Some of our fat is toxins and chemicals from shit food your body shoves in fat because fat is your body's dumpster until your liver can get to it.

To remove the fat there due to toxins that is that last bit of pudge people can't lose, you have to eat food that supports the liver:
>lemon (especially in morning) powerhouse for liver
>cilantro coriander if your a Eruofag powerhouse for liver
>cucumber high water content helps weight loss
>celery contains something that aids fat removal and high water
>romain lettuce high water helps weight loss
>papaya contains something that aids fat removal
>grapefruit contains something that aids fat removal
>beets + the greens supports helps lymph nodes flush out which is where crap the liver cleaneses goes. Eat after two week cleanse.
>cabbage high water content and has something that aids fat removal
>kiwi has something that aids fat removal.
>lemon grass. Great for liver and fat removal. A little goes a long way.
>almonds aid liver
>raw real honey. Great for liver before bed to aid cleanesing process while asleep
>fermented foods and broccoli will both make you crave more vegetables and see their flavor as more tolerable.

Mix all together except fruit, and drink for two weeks and tah dah, you'll see exactly how much fat was just toxic crap placed there because your liver was working over time.

Don't combine fruit with greens. Eat fruit in morning. Eat nuts on there own as a snack. Take small amount of honey before bed.

fat isn't dangerous. fat is an organ, it talks with your liver, it talks with your muscles, it talks with your brains. it is a part of your neuroendocrine system and the only thing standing between you and diabetes.

besides, humans that we see as very lean are still very fat when compared to other primates.

Prove that a poorly understood mechanism in the body confuses the sweeter with Sugar, and then spikes Glucose because it think its sugar?
That is proven

The core of the issue is that for Aspartame, a Soda is going to contain 0,2-0,5% Aspartame
Where sugar soda usually contains 9-11% as sugar.
So if Aspartame gave you a 1:1 insulin spike, it would give 22-45 times less of a spike than sugar Soda.
But unless somebody has access to a journal and non questionnaire tests: We wouldn't know if this is significant enough to affect a Keto diet.

You linked a bunch of shit like a complete faggot anon.
Why wouldn't you summarize and use key numbers or ratios?

I mean
Your ncbi.nlm.nih.go source states
>The excess of phenylalanine blocks the transport of important amino acids to the brain contributing to reduced levels of dopamine and serotonin.
>Astrocytes directly affect the transport of this amino acid and also indirectly by modulation of carriers in the endothelium.
>Aspartic acid at high concentrations is a toxin that causes hyperexcitability of neurons and is also a precursor of other excitatory amino acid - glutamates.
>Their excess in quantity and lack of astrocytic uptake induces excitotoxicity and leads to the degeneration of astrocytes and neurons.
>The methanol metabolites cause CNS depression, vision disorders and other symptoms leading ultimately to metabolic acidosis and coma. Astrocytes do not play a significant role in methanol poisoning due to a permanent consumption of large amounts of aspartame.
Meanwhile Aspartame is consumed at 1/30 to 1/50 the rate of sugar, dampening all side effects for temporary consumption.
On top of not mentioning how it affects glucose before its consumed.

>compared with rats in the control group … animals consuming a diet sweetened with NNS responded with relative hyperglycemia when given a novel sweet-tasting test meal or a standard glucose tolerance test (24). Importantly, this altered glucoregulatory response to a glucose load, which was associated with reduced circulating levels of the incretin hormone glucagon like peptide-1 (GLP-1), was observed when the glucose load was given orally but not when glucose was infused directly into the stomach by gavage (i.e. bypassing oral taste stimulation) (24). That previous experience with NNS affected glucoregulatory responses to a glucose load when glucose was tasted, but not when directly released in the stomach, further supports their hypothesis that it is disruptions in learned responses elicited by tasting sweetness, not in post-absorptive consequences of consuming sugar, that is altering glucose homeostasis in this rodent model.

So, some of it is Pavlovian, but A). that's plausibly re-trainable (even because … ), and B). some sweetener is associated with actual benefits to glucose metabolism – stevia.

>Stevia preloads significantly lowered postprandial glucose levels compared to sucrose preloads (p < .01), and postprandial insulin levels compared to both aspartame and sucrose preloads (p < .05).
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2900484/

>This study also had a number of strengths. First, both lean and obese individuals were included, increasing the generalizability of these findings. Second, food intake was directly measured, and satiety measurements were taken at identical time intervals as blood glucose and insulin levels. Third, a pilot study was initially conducted to determine the appropriate gram and calorie amounts to provide in the preloads. Moreover, all preloads were matched for gram weight, and the aspartame and stevia preloads were matched for caloric content.

>In conclusion, participants did not compensate by eating more at either their lunch or dinner meal and (!)reported similar levels of satiety when they consumed lower calorie preloads containing stevia or aspartame than when they consumed higher calorie preloads containing sucrose(/!). Additionally, stevia preloads reduced postprandial blood glucose and insulin levels, suggesting (!)stevia may assist with glucose regulation(/!). (!)These effects appear to be independent of reductions in caloric intake, as participants consumed similar calorie amounts in both the stevia and aspartame conditions(/!).
