That whole wheat flour should be stored in the freezer. Its going to get rancid and taste like shit after a few months.
Same with your bulk spices. Why buy huge containers when they go stale so quickly?

I'd recommend buying whole wheat pastry flour, any brand will do, instead of regular whole wheat flour, for baking.
