not a fan of peas in Japanese style curry

>> No.11767081

>peas in a fucking curry

what the hell

Also where are the condiments? With curry you want some sweet finish, a piece of chocolate, honey, maybe some jam. I personally also like to add a spoon of worchesathieha sauce and soy sauce at the end. Oh and some curry powder

No one's roleplaying, you autist. I was asking if raw chicken sitting on the cutting board with the vegetables is ok, obviously. Nice intuition you got there, you creep little weirdo.

As long as everything is going to be cooked then it's fine.

will the wooden board recover?

>> No.11767131

>>11767128
Apparently wood has antimicrobial properties and doesn't have as many serrations for bacteria to get trapped in compared to plastic, so it'll be okay. You should still practice basic sanitation though, don't touch raw meat and then touch other things in the kitchen without washing your hands, wash the cutting board with hot soapy water, etc.

yup - wooden boards ftw:

in short: wood kills bacteria with acid and capillary action - wood is badass

カレー isn't proper curry. Even a British chicken korma is more authentic.
But it'll taste lovely if you have it with rice.

Can anyone recommend a good Jap curry recipe? I usually use the pre-made blocks but I'm interested in trying it from scratch.
