This is gonna sound really stupid but, is there a way to make candy a large part of your diet, like at least 30%. I just love sweets so much, and now that I think about it it really shows me how much of a shallow word love is. But anyway, can I just placed the damage candy does With otherwise good health choices and exercise.

You can't just counter-act the extra sugar you're dumping in your body. You *will* get diabetes.

>> No.11752801

Unironically yes.
The average American consumes half a pound of sugar a day for ~900 Calories.
Assuming you eat absolutely no sugar whatsoever (good luck) outside of that you're still eating about 2/3 of the amount of sugar as the average person, assuming you meant 30% of your calories from candy and a standard 2000 calorie diet.

I mean, in reality, what'll happen is that you'll eat a bunch of candy and then consume even more sugar via not-candy and give yourself diabetes, but whatever.

Normally I'd encourage such idiocy, but I'm feeling nice today. DO NOT do this. Refined sugar is vile stuff unless you're severely hypoglycemic.

Enjoy your crooked teeth and your metabolic syndrome, lardass. It's supposed to be a treat from times to times, not a massive amount of your diet. Hope you die soon.

I do this already, I eat cupcakes or candy after dinner every day and often a Pop Tart for breakfast. I'm also thin and have no signs of getting diabetes. I'm pretty sugar getting diabetes from sugar (and not being fat) is a meme.

Eat same or less calories than you burn and you maintain or lose weight. You can eat candy but it's a lot of calories in a small portion. So you won't feel full and want to eat more. When you watch your calories as a diet, you gravitate toward healthier food because you can eat more of it.

If the calorie count from your current diet is D, then the complement of the fraction of your new diet you want chocolate to account for (1 - .3, which is .7) multiplied by what the calorie count of chocolate C will end up being minus the target chocolate fraction (.3) multiplied by current diet calorie count D will equal 0.
So set D equal to your current diet calorie count, solve for .7C - .3D = 0, and C will be how many calories of chocolate to add on top of your existing diet in order to make chocolate .3 of your new diet's calorie count.
If instead you want to reduce the amount of calories of food you're currently eating so that your new calorie count of non-chocolate is 7/10 of your new diet and and 3/10 of calories go towards chocolate keeping your new total calorie count equal to your existing total calorie count, then you would just multiply .7 by your existing diet calorie count to get your new diet non-chocolate calorie count and you would multiply .3 by your existing diet calorie count to get your new diet chocolate calorie count.

To walk through this with examples, if your current diet is 2000 calories, then .3 * 2000 = 600 and .7C - 600 = 0 would solve to C=600/.7, or C=857 calories of chocolate. 857/2857=.3, so your new total diet calorie count would be 2857 and 3/10 of it (857 calories) would be chocolate.
Alternatively, .3 * 2000 = 600 and .7 * 2000 = 1400, so you could reduce your current calorie count of non-chocolate to 1400 and add 600 calories of chocolate daily to maintain 2000 calories total.

I have the same problem bro, and I think I found a solution.

My hands get hella cracked and dry from washing them so much at work, so I started smearing honey on them and letting them sit for a good hour or two while I watch a movie. When the movie is over, I lick it off, then run my hands under cool water to get the remaining stuff off.

So my solution is, wash your hands, put honey on them, and lick it off like the sick fucks we are.
