Perhaps. With induction you'll be stirring a lot though, because you can't take it off the plate. Using a wok you can mess about without food or oil escaping as easily. I love using a wok.
It may not be real stirfrying, but it's using the shape for another useful purpose.

As I'm sure an intelligent person as yourself knows, many products out there in the world are counterproductive knockoffs of the real thing. A flat-bottomed wok is a contradiction in terms. It doesn't even make sense. Many products exist for the sole purpose of separating fools from their hard-earned money. This is one such example.

If you understand wok cooking then it ought to be clear to you why a flat bottom doesn't make any sense.

They make boatcars too. They don't handle as well on the road as a real car, and they certainly don't sail as well as a boat....exactly like the "flat-bottomed wok". It's some silly bastard child of a skillet and a wok that does neither job as well as the proper tool.

No they can't you fucking moron. Just because some fucking jerk in marketing slaps a label on something doesn't mean it's the real thing. The whole point of wok cooking is very high heat transfer. About three times (minimum) as much as you can get out of standard electric plate, whether induction or what ever. You need gas burners to get that much heat and a rounded bottom is optimal for that. A flat bottomed "wok" is simply pointless.
