i tend to eat a piece of kimchi with every other bite usually. jar. half a leaf seems pretty small desu but it depends on what youre eating. like if youre eating 김치찌게 or 두부김치 where kimchi is one of the few main ingredients then theres no issue with eating a ton of it but if youre eating bulgogi and have like a whole head of kimchi it might be too much

I love fish sauce. I make peasant noodles with vermicelli + fish sauce + whatever herb or veg + peanuts. God tier. Pickled radish is great in it, and you can use the radish leaves too. can add tofu for protein.
