I recently started to work on changing my posture. Keeping my spine straight when I sit and stand and such...

I have not changed my diet at all.

Now I no joke, keep having diarrhea. I have to do pic related every time I feel a fart now. Literally shit myself 3 times out in public, and I seriously lost count of how many times at home now... at least 9 times because I threw out all my good boxers that came in a 9 pack...

What is some ultra fiber food to keep my anus from leaking?

Psyllium husk powder
Can be found on its own and also in powdered nutrition boosts for shakes.
Makes me fart like a motherfucker tho.
Mix it into literally anything (it's a thickening agent) but would recommend baked goods or smoothies.

-10-12 IPA's depending on how I feel
-2 Fried eggs
-4 slices of bacon
-2 piece of sourdough bread, buttered
-if I'm hungry before I pass out, usually spaghetti with just some butter, parmasian cheese, and black pepper.

Same thing happened to me a while back though. I realized I learned to slouch over a long period of time because it helps keep my intestines held off for when gas or diarrhea is threatening to push through. It's similar to how you sleep on your side with your body curled a bit so you don't have to get up to shit all the time when you're trying to sleep. You take that postural stuff for granted because it was built up over so much time and happened unconsciously, but it matters.

Are you just pretending to be retarded? You know that position you get into where you double over and clutch your abdomen because you feel like you're about to have awful diarrhea and/or a round of vomiting up everything that's bubbling up from your irritated guts? It's the same fucking concept, this isn't complicated. Your posture controls to some extent what will or won't pass through your intestines in the short term. And over time, if you tend to have more frequent bowel movements and are less like those freaks who only take a shit once daily or even once weekly, you'll probably unconsciously learn to slouch in a way that keeps your relatively more active bowels from making you crap your pants in public all the time. And if years later you try to force yourself into some extreme upright "good" posture then you'll be getting rid of that buffer your intestines had and might end up shitting yourself since there's now a straight shot right through your anus without the usual postural pressure holding things back.

Damn, I thought I drank too much. Why are you doing that? I'd cut back, start with 6 to 8 drinks per day or something and replace the freed calories with another meal. If you slam them down on an empty stomach youll probably still get pretty drunk. Drinking too much gives me diarrhea, especially if I dont eat before bed. Maybe thats whats happening to you? You're definitely raping your poor organs. I'd also recommend a multivitamin and drinking shit tons of water, and like others have said, you could improve your diet.
