I got gifted an Anova sous vide stick and tried out a few things like eggs, salmon, chicken, pork tenderloin. I want more though. Most recipes and websites that I find deal with meat mostly but that seems kinda singular. I know that it should be possible to create more creative dishes and food applications with a sous vide bath. Where can I find these gems of wisdom though?
Anovas website, chefsteps.com, seriouseats, sous vide everything on youtube, I even checked reddit. It's all about the meat (and mostly just beef). Only a few recipes for carrots or custards here and there.
