Dude, corn tortillas are simple as shit. 2 cups of masa haina corn flour, 1.5 cups hot water. Mix until homogenous. Form into 1.8 oz balls and press or roll out. Put in preheated to medium cast iron skillet for 30 seconds, flip for 30 seconds , flip for another 30 seconds.

Masa harina corn flour arent tortillas from scratch. Its the equivalent of a boxed pancake mix. The entire process to make corn tortillas is more involved.
