Grab what you can. I haven't ventured outside of tomato sauce deens. Have them from the tin at work or dumped on some microwave rice. I've tried some retard flavors like Korma and BBQ for tins of mackerel

I usually eat them on their own nowadays. But as a kid I'd eat them with saltines, and sometimes add stone ground mustard

If you're a /fit/ fag try fisherman's eggs

Cento is always a good brand to start out with. Brunswick offers some decent options as well. Cento offers high volume and it's pretty affordable. If you develop a good liking for them, the Cento boxes are easily stackable but only with the same brand. I've found that many other brands seem to have either uniform or highly similar packaging.

It's also a perfectly fine option to try out kipper snacks. Kipper snacks, while not exactly deenz, are a good beginner deenz snack. I first tried kipper snacks at the age of 11 and ate them on a bagel. I eat deenz straight from the tin sometimes, but I really don't like kipper snacks without something to put them on.

Experiment and fight whatever works best for you. Deenz and other canned fishes and foods are cheap so experimenting is always safe!

If it wasn't for here I would never have known about deenz on toast. It is satisfying in the same way as toast peanutbutter and cheese.

Not exactly deenz but these are under 2 bucks at walmart and about a buck a can online walmart in 5 packs. Dump out most of the oil and add to rameny soup ( i like sriracha pho )/or just eat straight or.with rice. Been eating these all the time lately.

The nutrition information on a can of deenz generally mentions that it's for the drained weight. So if I save the oil to make a dressing to have with the deenz, should I be adding a tablespoon of oil or two when tracking my calories/macros?

I would recommend spinach, or dark leaf lettuce, with mung bean sprouts, and avacado.
